HISTORY

Brainchild of Prasad, this property company was born in 2008. Having moved to Chennai from Madurai, he started renting of flats, a property developed by Arun Excello & L&T at Guduvancherry, Chennai. Soon he accumulated lot of inventory and developed a team of technical people to support his maintenance division in the year 2009. As a young entrepreneur Prasad started selling & buying of Flats, a core division in the property market in the year 2010

Vivid Eyes was born in the year 2017 just to expand horizontally and vertically and make his dreams come true. The business was expanded purely keeping an eye on the NRI friends and well-wishers request who stay away from their property for a most period of time.

Prasad was joined by four of his classmates from Madurai and the rest is history. Now Vivid owns 1000 inventories mostly of that of friends, well wishers who live across the globe.

Vivid presently concentrates in Chennai & Bangalore, and will swiftly spread across India.

ABOUT Promoters

Mr. Prasad A S is a product of TVS Lakshmi Higher Secondary School, Madurai who had a big vision in real estate market. In 2008 he stamped his base in Estancia Gooduvancherry, a project promoted and built by L&T and Arun Excello.

As a young Entrepreneur he started this venture of renting and maintenance of properties in Estancia and in the last nine years he has developed a big network in this segment in & around Chennai, Bangalore & Pondy. He started with 10 inventories in 2008 in estancia and he has close to 500 today. As a single owner he has developed a big team of technicians under his belt and noted customers include celebrities too.

Mr. Balakrishnan P is a practicing Chartered Accountant and takes care of the property division in Bangalore. His presence in Bengaluru is close to 2 ½ decades and he maintains the properties of NRI friends and relatives.

Mr. Lakshmanan M is an ERP specialist handling the software administration of media houses like Dhina Thanthi, Dinamalar, Rani Weekly ... to name a few. He handles the techno marketing of Vivid eyes. Besides he is an active real estate person, close to his circle & well-wishers.

Mr. Kalyanaraman Tspent 19 years in Oman & Dubai. He has hands on experience in international real estate markets. Started his stint in Sultanate of Oman, the property management is one of the pioneer companies that controls close to 80% real estate market in Oman. Moved to Dubai in the year 2001. His association with Cluttons UK, Stock & Stock South Africa (partner with Al Tayer Dubai), Bahawans and Al Moayyed Bahrain enriched his base in real estate.
